A statement on Ticketmaster's website reads: "So that we can confirm everyone has adhered to the ticket limits and didn’t use unfair ticket technology during the sale, tickets won't be available immediately. Once they are ready to download, we'll email you."

Will you be able to resell your tickets?

Ticketmaster said: "Ticketholders can resell their tickets through Ticketmaster or Twickets only from Monday 30th September. The tour has put this policy in place to cap ticket resale prices to combat price inflation and prevent ticket touting and bots.

"Selling tickets on unauthorised resale platforms breaches the promoter’s terms and conditions and may result in those tickets being cancelled. Therefore, they strongly recommend buying and selling tickets only through Ticketmaster or Twickets."
