The pair teased fans of the tour last week when they issued a post that simply read: "27.08.2024 - 8am." Many fans speculated it meant a huge tour announcement was coming up, and thousands will be pleased the news has come true.

Oasis commented: “The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised.”

The brothers have seemingly put their turbulent relationship behind them as they teamed up for a photoshoot recently. It is the first time they have come together since Noel left the band 15 years ago.

At the time, he said he could not work “a day longer” with his brother Liam. However, at Reading Festival, Liam performed Oasis' iconic 1994 album Definitely, Maybe to celebrate its 30th anniversary. While onstage, he hinted at the announcement and dedicated the track Half The World Away to his brother Noel.
