These one-hour services will be held in the Oak Hall of the crematorium, providing an opportunity for attendees to remember and pay respects to their loved ones. Both memorial services are communal events, open to anyone regardless of when or where their original loss occurred.
Attendees have the option to display names and/or photos of their loved ones on video screens as part of a visual tribute during the services. For those unable to attend in person, the services can be streamed for remote viewing.
Christine Walker-Kelley, manager of Lelley Fields, said: "We'd like to welcome anyone who wants to come along to these services as it is important to remember and celebrate the lives of those who have touched us. We hope these memorials will offer some comfort to those attending."
Following the services, attendees will be offered refreshments. Although not necessary, reservations are advised so that Lelley Fields can ensure all attendees are catered for.
