Coldplay have finally dropped their long-awaited UK gig dates - with fans in for a treat next summer. The band will be bringing their Music of the Spheres World Tour back to the UK next year, with performances in London and Hull during August 2025.
Social media went wild once the news was shared on the group's Instagram page today (September 17). The announcement stated that "these are the only UK/European cities where the band will perform" in 2025.
Right now, there are eight dates across two venues - with two nights at Craven Park Stadium in Hull. These are followed by six more dates at Wembley Stadium in London.
Coldplay's concert is more than just music, the band uses each opportunity to give back. For their 2025 tour, they're giving back 10% of their proceeds from the UK shows to the Music Venue Trust.
The environment is also a major issue as well. Coldplay announced that their Wembley concerts' production will be "powered with 100% solar, wind and kinetic energy", reports the Mirror.
Fans are already over the moon, lighting up social media with thousands of comments. Nathan penned: "See you at the front." Jess simply said: "OMGGGGGGG." Mary wrote: "Can't be missing this one." Also, Magda commented: "Yeaaaah!!!! Finally!!"
